GLF Integrated Power, Inc. is a Silicon Valley, California Semiconductor Company. Founded in 2013, we provide breakthrough, ultra-efficient, ultra-small, silicon power control and protection IC.

We launched our first IQSmartTM, ultra-efficient loadswitch device in 2015 and achieved immediate design wins at major wearable, SSD, and portable device manufacturers. Our portfolio is now actively expanding.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work with design team to understand design specifications
  2. Generate test plan, create test and char program, design ATE hardware interface boards
  3. Debug characterizing silicon on ATE, correlate results with bench data
  4. Analyze silicon results, supporting failure analysis tasks
  5. Perform statistical analysis of yield fallout, debug and fix yield issues; optimize test time
  6. Work with production team to release products to volume production
  7. Test strategy definition and implementation for new High Voltage Controller products
  8. Comprehensive device debugging, design validation and failure analysis
  9. Drive for robust and cost effective test solutions while being accountable for product quality
  10. Strong design experience in Power management,LDO, DCDC, Charge pumpsand low low-power design among other critical analog design blocks;
  11. Translate the product requirements into optimal design topology choices;
  12. Responsible for developing self-checking test benches to enable regression testing
  13. Must be knowledgeable of analog design fundamentals to enable debug of simulations
  14. Establish, optimize and improve the test process, procedure and system;
  15. Product test solutions optimization including hardware, program and wafer/final test parts disposition;
  16. Develop the test solution to improve test efficiency, like test site expansion, test time reduction, etc;
  17. Evaluate and manage all test house.

Requirements:

  1. BSEE / MSEE with 5 + years of Semiconductor and/or Analog circuit design experience;
  2. Characterization test program and hardware development experience, Production test program and hardware development experience
  3. Strong technical knowledge of electronic devices and circuits, and Analog test techniques
  4. Experienced with various lab equipment such as scopes, power supplies, sourcemeters, loads etc.
  5. Experience with product engineering activities such as yield improvement and test time reduction
  6. Strong understanding of the IC product development process, from concept to volume production
  7. Proficiency in programming/scripting in C++, Visual Basic, C#
  8. Labview, Teststand experience
  9. Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills
  10. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  11. Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
  12. Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
  13. Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships
  14. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  15. Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
